Interest Rates are down and the amount of home you can affor The rates have dropped off and currently there are approximately 40% more homes available today than at this time last year. So the selection is better. However, this market is increasing in population so get on it and act quickly. It still remains a sellers market in my opinion, in the denver metro area!
